Regarding the future projects, by its Development & Projects department, the THR is aiming at the following:

• Analysis of the existing needs of the companies in the HORECA field for:

   

  • meeting the training needs of their own staff,
  • increasing the economic competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises in the field,
  • sustainable development and promotion of the tourism throughout the country.

 

• Consulting / partnership in identifying opportunities

   

  • to access nonrefundable funds for pre-adhering (PHARE 2006) and / or structural POSDRU for training activities of own staff (life-long professional training),
  • to access structural funds (nonrefundable) meant for the increasing of the economic competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises in the field, for the sustainable development and promotion of the tourism in the 8 POSCCE development regions of the country.

 

• Consulting / partnership in drawing up and implementing projects financed from pre-adhering funds (PHARE 2006) and from the structural funds as well.

 

• Consulting / partnership in Leonardo da Vinci pilot projects.

 

Project experience

PHARE – 6 projects of which:

• Phare 2003 - Integration on the labour market of the Bucuresti-Ilfov region young unemployed,
• Phare 2004 - Professional training services – Hotel Dunarea Galati,
• Phare 2005 - Lifelong Learning – Hotel Unirea Iasi and S.C Milcofil S.A Focsani.
